Robert Cooke is the founder of CCS Supply Store and CCS Executive Suites.
He has not only had success in the mechanical engineering industry, but he has started a successful consulting company alongside an E-Commerce store all while constantly breaking the mold. His pivoting turn came in 2020, even during a global pandemic he diversified further and created CCS Executive Suites, with two current locations in Old Town Temecula and Downtown Murrieta.CCS Executive Suites provides local office space to small business owners, entrepreneurs, student commuters and on the goers. With new ventures always on the horizon and more locations coming, he is a pioneer in technology, utilizing the latest in platforms, which advances the coworking industry allowing small businesses to continue to thrive with less overhead. He is a dedicated entrepreneur and an active business owner continually supporting his employees as well as networking with and supporting other small businesses in the community.
Jen Tulpule is the Director of Operations for CCS Executive Suites. Although relatively new to the organization, she brings over 15 years of administrative experience in Office Management and IT Networking, and over 20 years of Customer Service to the Executive Suites. She is responsible for the overall coordination of many different services and resources that allow the facility to operate efficiently. Her role as Director of Operations also allows her to maintain accounts payable, receivables, and monthly billing. Having spent the last twelve years managing a successful small business, she makes it her primary responsibility to ensure tenant needs are promptly taken care of. Her goal is to ensure that the building occupants feel comfortable coming to her with any issues, needs or requests. Jen has been a resident of Temecula since she moved from San Diego County in 2005. Having traveled on over 50 cruises on 4 different cruise lines, she can't wait to be able to get back to warm tropical destinations. In her spare time, she manages a successful ETSY shop and volunteers in her son's active Boy Scout troop. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, son, extended family, and friends.
Evan Lovett is the Vice President of Sales for CCS Executive Suites.
Evan is a young professional local to the Temecula Valley who has helped guide CCS Executive Suites' vision since joining the team. With experience in industries dissimilar to Suites, Evan has used his skills in digital marketing to help reach clients across multiple industries. Whether it is in our backyard or across the nation, Evan has helped equip hospitals, universities, school districts, both public and private, and mechanical engineers with the tools necessary for the safeguarding against CoVid-19 as well as the standard necessities of all facilities.
As CCS Supply Store continues to grow, Evan will continue to add the personal flair we offer all of our clients at CCS Supply Store.
Gracelynn Burgess is the Operations Manager for the CCS Executive Suites Canyon Lake location, where she assists the sales team, website development, and administrative duties. She is passionate about helping others which makes for a great fit as an Operations Manager at CCS Executive Suites. Continuing that passion, she graduated from Southern California EMS Training Institute, becoming a nationally certified Emergency Medical Technician. Outside of her profession, Gracelynn enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, which usually includes binge-watching her favorite TV series.
